UX Researcher Role

We are seeking an experienced UX researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with our product and design teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform.

This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to different research methods—from engaging directly with users to analyzing competitor products—while contributing to meaningful product improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, conduct, and summarize user interviews to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements through heuristic evaluations.
  • Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation through competitor analysis.
  • Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback through qualitative research.
