Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their objectives, develop tailored solutions and deliver seamless communication.
  • Conduct thorough research to create comprehensive user personas, journeys and information architectures that drive product success.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to visualize user interactions and workflows.
  • Guide the development team in understanding user journeys and requirements fostering efficiency and collaboration.
  • Develop high-quality user interfaces meeting client expectations and industry standards.
  • Ensure the development team receives all necessary design assets on time facilitating smooth handoffs and minimizing errors.
  • Carefully review development builds providing constructive feedback to ensure UX/UI best practices are upheld.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help you tackle complex design challenges.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience and effective communication are key traits for success in this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects is required.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines and basic knowledge of the app development process are must-haves.
  • The ability to generate innovative concepts and contribute to client innovation is a valuable asset.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking principles are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies will strengthen your application.
