Accounting Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance and accounts function of the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the management of all financial transactions, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT / Service Tax (pending matters), and statutory compliance.
    • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance reports.
    • Manage procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, Capex management, salary, and employee reimbursements.
    • Ensure complete control over the company's fixed assets.
    • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
    • Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
    • Prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, monthly TDS, and reconciliation of input tax credit.
    • Manage daily cash flow and working capital.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Effective leadership and team player skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve peak performance.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Experience with accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • High-level attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork.

    • Candidates should have experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and must be well-versed with Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fund Management, Internal and External Audits, Compliance, GST, Income Tax Act requirements.
    • Candidates with experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Retail industry will be preferred.
    • Candidates from any location can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Mumbai.
