Job Title: Digital Risks Team Lead

Are you a seasoned professional in mortgage origination looking to take on a leadership role? Do you have experience guiding teams to achieve high production goals while maintaining exceptional service quality and integrity? We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager to join our team.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Manage a team of residential mortgage closers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production goals are met">
  • Monitor and send daily production emails with quality production tips, current production challenges, plans to maintain Service Level Agreements, etc.">
  • Motivate and lead the team to success using recognition, team-building activities, and positive reinforcement">
  • Set and manage to production and quality expectations">
  • Pipeline management to ensure SLA metrics are met each day, loans are closed and funded on time, HUDs are accurate and within compliance, wires are sent, funding documents are complete and accurate">
  • Communicate and interact with other managers as well as the Quality Review and Performance teams to ensure staffing needs are in line with capacity plan and profit loss, and quality of work expectations are met for all team members">
  • One-on-one mentoring, weekly or as needed, for team members who are not meeting production and/or quality expectations, inform Unit Manager of any recurring performance issues, develop action plans to address">
">Requirements">
  • Minimum 5 years Origination background with supervisory experience">
  • Closing experience within past 3 years">
  • Ability to manage risks while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are achieved">
  • Ability to work in a flexible and production-oriented environment">
  • Must be able to work in a high-stress environment while delivering a high level of customer service">
  • Must be willing and able to work as part of a team">
  • NMLS-MLO Licensure preferred">
