Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team in a key role. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, as well as driving compliance with relevant regulations.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and quarterly standalone financial statements, ensuring timely submission to management and statutory auditors.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives to enhance system functionality, reduce manual errors, and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Mentorship: Guide and train junior accountants, providing support and guidance on accounting queries and standard practices.
  • Coordination: Liaise with statutory auditors, engage in discussions, and respond to queries in a timely manner, ensuring error-free reporting.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/ICWA certification desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SAP FI, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards.
