Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations. This individual will work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial execution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting entries in our system
  • Coordinate accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
  • Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules
  • Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare data for tax computation and filing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to handle large data sets
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
