Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of total experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in a BPO/BPM background, preferably with telecom expertise, is highly valued.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
