Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Sourcing Professional to join our team at Jones RecruitZo. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in non-technical roles across various industries.

About the Role

This is a 6-day working position that requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Assess resumes to ensure suitability for the role and company culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate skills and alignment with the job profile.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management:
    • Negotiate compensation and communicate job offers to successful candidates.
    • E nsure compliance with internal processes and policies.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and outcomes.
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership.
    Qualifications and Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment for non-technical roles across various industries.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience working in industries such as sales, marketing, operations, or finance.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
    • Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
