Talent Advisor Role Overview

This role involves:

  • Sourcing efforts for multiple disciplines with a focus on technical sourcing
  • A consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
  • Candidate, SME, and recruiter relationship building and management
  • Participating in intake calls and requisition reviews
  • Ability to understand various job descriptions and strong industry knowledge
  • Creation and marketing of compelling job postings
  • Candidate assessment and selection techniques
  • Collaboration on sourcing framework
  • Executing various sourcing strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing experience, preferably 3 years or more
  • 1+ years of experience in candidate screening and shortlisting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
  • Understanding of diversity recruitment concepts
  • Knowledge of SEO, keywords, and social tools
  • Efficiency in sourcing candidates through ATS and Naukri
  • Experience using different passive sourcing tools, including Google searches and Facebook
  • Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, Google Sheets, calendaring, and shared drives
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience.
