Project Coordinator Role

 

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and take minutes
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized manner

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any field
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers welcome)
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Basic understanding of project workflows
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
