Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to lead the day-to-day activities at our construction sites.

This role requires a skilled professional to oversee project execution, ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards, and facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site activities, inspect work in progress, and identify potential risks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and resources to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess project progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Document daily project activities, track changes in project scope, and communicate updates to relevant parties.
  • Solve technical issues, provide support for on-site construction teams, and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make informed decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
