Key Responsibilities
  • Network Maintenance: Regularly inspect, update, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
  • Incident Resolution: Respond promptly to network-related incidents, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Configuration Management: Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Security Enforcement: Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
  • Upgrades & Updates: Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure, stable, and up-to-date.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and generate performance reports.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure network operations comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
