Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with senior management to develop periodic forecasts and annual plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Provide stakeholders with insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations on revenue and cost aspects, empowering informed decision-making.
  • Regularly analyze actuals against plans, including account analysis, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage in-depth finance knowledge to create and generate reports, analysis metrics, and visualizations that impact financial performance.
  • Develop and deliver key internal and external presentations that effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize Excel and larger databases to provide timely and actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that enhance the FP&A function and contribute to the company's overall success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years or maximum 5-12 years of experience, preferably in corporate finance.
  • Preferred certifications include CA or MBA.
  • Experience working in the FP&A function or business finance.
  • Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, and collaborate with diverse disciplines and organization groups.
  • Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments, influencing top management and stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Takes ownership of responsibilities, ensuring timely closure of deliverables and driving results-oriented outcomes.
