Job Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Settlements Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing settlements for Trade Promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile payments/deductions invoices in a timely manner
  • Analyze invoices by segmentation and ensure closure of tactics post payments
  • Communicate risks and opportunities to the sales team, control, and finance departments
  • Validate tactic pricing with pricing grids for any discrepancies in accruals and invoices
  • Manage vendor expectations through verbal and written interactions
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely payment data according to service level agreements (SLA)

Requirements:

  • Experience of 2-4 years in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration/marketing or finance; master's degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
