Fx Confirmations and Settlements Manager


About the Role:
As a key member of our Global Treasury team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless Fx confirmations and settlements. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Performing netting via email or vendor platforms.
  • Confirming trades with counterparties.
  • Resolving non-receipt issues by communicating with clients.
  • Maintaining client satisfaction as top priority.
  • Implementing controls to reduce risk when necessary.
  • Setting up and managing static data.
  • Monitoring exception reports and providing insight for resolution.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and other teams to provide information and operational solutions.
  • Working effectively with GTO members and GT/GM stakeholders.
  • Taking a leadership role in broader projects as a subject matter expert.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Risk mitigation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-resolution skills.
  • Experience in vendor platforms like GTSS, Bloomberg, FXALL, and Misys.
  • Understanding of NDF and various Fx products.
