Strategic HR Leader

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • You will drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • You will lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • You will lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • You will partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • You will own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • You will ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • You should have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • You should have strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • You should have an analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • You should have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You should have an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
