About the Role:

  • Lead client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic account growth in Karnataka & Goa.
  • Consistently meet or exceed business targets by forging strong corporate partnerships and delivering high-quality service and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients across key sectors.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies in alignment with national business objectives.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and policy servicing.
  • Track and report performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written); Konkani knowledge is beneficial for Goa.
