Sales Specialist Position at Intricare Technologies



We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Intricare Technologies. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the sales process.




  1. Build Client Relationships

You will build strong relationships with clients using effective communication and negotiation skills, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.



Deliver Tailored Presentations

You will create and deliver tailored presentations that address client needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business and requirements.



Manage Sales Pipeline

You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, using CRM software and MS Office to track and manage sales activities, and identifying new sales opportunities.



Negotiate and Close Deals

You will negotiate and close deals, driving client satisfaction and business growth, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.



Source New Sales Opportunities

You will source new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails, ensuring that all leads are followed up and converted into sales.



Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 01 year of SaaS sales experience. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
