Job Title: SaaS Sales Specialist
Location: Remote
Work Mode: WFO
Role Overview: As a SaaS Sales Specialist, you will handle client communications, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales activities, conduct training, and manage the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build client relationships using strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Deliver tailored presentations that address client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and use CRM and MS Office for tracking and information management.
• Negotiate and close deals to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
• Source and follow up on new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and maintain a robust prospect database.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 01 year of SaaS sales experience (training provided).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong phone presence and experience with outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
