Electrical Design Engineer - Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design engineering, with experience in working on complex projects and leading teams. They will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and bill of materials.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for commercial vehicles
  • Create wiring diagrams, schematics, and bill of materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables
  • Develop and implement cost-saving solutions
  • Evaluate and manage project timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical design engineering
  • Experience with 3D CAD software (Siemens NX) and schematic design tools (Mentor Graphics)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuit analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
