Senior Talent Partner, India

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Partner, India to join our AWS India - Karnataka - D11 team. As a key member of our executive talent management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our executive talent in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive succession planning processes for executive roles in India.
- Lead the talent cadence for critical role mapping, executive promotions, and talent movement at a country and area level.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
- Facilitate bi-annual executive level talent reviews across India Sales businesses.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Talent Management or Human Resources.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills across diverse counterparts, globally.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Program Management certification.
- Experience leading complex program management initiatives across matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated agility in thriving within fast-paced and innovative environments.
