Job Description

  • Support Facility Operations: Assist in ensuring smooth functionality of all facilities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in maintenance activities related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems, and coordinate with vendors for minor repairs and regular upkeep.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fire safety norms, and environmental guidelines, and assist in conducting periodic safety audits.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party service providers for maintenance and facility-related services.
  • Budget Control: Monitor facility-related expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Security & Housekeeping: Oversee housekeeping and security staff to ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Assist in implementing emergency response plans and conducting fire drills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of building management systems and compliance regulations.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
