Cloud-based SAP SD Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) professional to join our dynamic team. As an SAP SD consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP SD modules in the public cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Configuration: Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions on the public cloud platform (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, or SAP Cloud Platform).
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in the SAP SD module.
  • Process Customization: Customize SAP SD processes such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management to align with cloud-based capabilities.
  • Integration and Data Migration: Ensure smooth integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules (MM, FICO, WM, etc.) within the cloud landscape and participate in data migration activities from legacy systems to the SAP public cloud environment.
  • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, UAT, and troubleshooting to resolve any issues related to SAP SD in the public cloud.
  • User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand the new cloud-based processes.
  • Continual Improvement: Continuously improve the system by identifying opportunities for enhancements or optimizations.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up to date with SAP public cloud advancements, including new tools, techniques, and best practices in cloud-based solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SD module configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or other SAP public cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SD processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and shipping.
  • Proven experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting within cloud-based SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile project teams.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and end-users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • SAP Certification (SD) is a plus.
