Job Description:

AlohaABA India is a technology product organization specializing in cloud-based practice management software solutions. Our cutting-edge technology streamlines administrative tasks for healthcare providers.

This role involves designing, developing and deploying web-based applications to contribute to technology advancement and growth. The Associate Engineering Manager will work closely with engineering leads, product managers, and analysts to ensure the product meets quality standards.

  • Develop application features in C# .Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.
  • Pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.

The role requires strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet functional and technical specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying web-based applications.
  • Experience in Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining of MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
