Senior Backend Engineer Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a cloud-based manufacturing data model. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in commercialized products or big-scale systems. They should be proficient in programming languages such as Typescript, Nodejs, and C++. Additionally, experience with cloud services like AWS, including Step functions, DynamoDB, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, and Lambda, is highly desirable.

The role involves designing, implementing, and validating MFGDM modules/components. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building high-quality services, developing tools to improve resilience analysis, performance monitoring, scalability, stability, and automation testing. A strong background in full-stack cloud services development, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement MFGDM modules/components.
  • Work with a global development group and scrum team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to accomplish customer/project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality services.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Proficient in Typescript, Nodejs, and C++.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS.
  • Strong background in full-stack cloud services development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Rich hands-on project experience in full-stack cloud services development.
  • Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and partners.
  • Solid C++ and Typescript skills.
  • Experience working in Agile process.
