Cloud Security Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer to spearhead our cloud security initiatives.

This role will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive cloud security strategies across multiple cloud platforms, with an emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and configuring cloud security controls using GCP native tools and capabilities, including Organizational policies/constraints, VPC SC, IAM policies, and GCP APIs.

A strong understanding of DevOps processes and workflows is essential for this position. Additionally, the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial for success.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software and/or cloud platform engineering, particularly focused on GCP environment.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security risks inherent in hosting cloud-based applications and data.
  • Experience with risk control frameworks and engagements with risk and regulatory functions.
