Cloud Data Strategy Expert

Empower organizations through AI-driven decision intelligence by designing and implementing data strategies in finance spaces, including controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable analytical solutions leveraging cloud and big data technologies.
  • Collaborate with business consultants and product owners to design and implement technical solutions.
Technical Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion, processing, and orchestration tools such as Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Dataproc, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Data Fusion.
  • Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data warehousing and analytics services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker.
  • Familiarity with data mesh, data fabric, and data products, data contracts, and experience in data mesh implementation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise data management, including data quality, metadata management, data governance, and data observability using GCP-native or third-party tools.
  • Experience in design and implementation of event-driven architecture and tools like Google Pub/Sub or Apache Kafka.
  • Practical experience using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, and scripting via Python, Bash, etc.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in computer science or software engineering.
  • Expertise in software development methodologies and DevOps, data operations, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience coding in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
