Job Summary

Lead your own team in Support Engineering and drive innovation through ticket analysis. This role involves guiding junior engineers, automating processes, and maintaining team productivity.

As a seasoned professional in this field, you will work on coding projects, software deployment, and system reporting while collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and create a knowledge base.

This is a challenging opportunity for those who can handle troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of complex technical systems using programming languages like Java, Python, and shell scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide extensive support for incoming tickets covering multiple products, features, and services
• Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Java, python, or shell scripts, and AWS technologies
• Software deployment support in staging and production environments
• Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
• System and Support status reporting
• Ownership of support for one or more payment products or components
• Customer notification and workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements
