As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders, validating purchase requisitions, and resolving supplier issues.

We are looking for graduates with 1-2 years of experience who can work night shifts immediately or within 30 days. You should have good communication skills, strong customer orientation, and subject matter expertise in procurement. Additionally, you should have knowledge of standard IT applications and the SAP environment.

Job Description

  • Mandatory Pointers:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Any graduate degree is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • NP- Immediate Joiners or 30 Days: Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
  • Shifts - Night Shifts: Ability to work night shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders: The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Validating Purchase Requisitions: The candidate will validate purchase requisitions and route them to the right buying channel.
  • Handling Escalated Supplier Issues: The candidate will handle escalated supplier issues and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Identification of Process Improvement Opportunities: The candidate will identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes as needed.
  • Procurement Knowledge: The candidate should have subject matter expertise in procurement and be able to apply this knowledge to real-world situations.
  • Reporting on Supplier Non-Compliance: The candidate will report on supplier non-compliance and take necessary action to rectify the situation.
  • Escalating Any Issue to Team Leader: The candidate will escalate any issue to their Team Leader for further guidance and support.

Resource Profile:

  • Graduate in Business / Supply Chain / Economics / International Trade: A graduate degree in business, supply chain, economics, or international trade is required.
  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong Customer Orientation: A strong customer orientation is required to provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Procurement: Subject matter expertise in procurement is required to perform the duties of this role effectively.
  • Knowledge on Standard IT Applications and SAP Environment: Knowledge of standard IT applications and the SAP environment is required to perform the duties of this role effectively.
