Job Brief

Senior Procurement Specialist – Coupa Implementation
  • Drive the rollout of Coupa modules, focusing on configuration, integration setup, and technical support to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Configure and manage various Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses) and guarantee their successful integration.
  • Develop sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with diverse integration partners and 3rd-party consultants to integrate business requirements into the implemented technical solution.
  • Work closely with global business partners to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into effective solutions.
  • Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners to develop data links between systems.
  • Provide expertise in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes and offer standard or customized solutions to address business requirements.
  • Design and architect Coupa integrations with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications using Agile methodology and tools.
