Key Highlights:

We have a job opportunity with one of our clients for the role of Procurement Executive.

This position is based in Mumbai and requires at least 4 years of experience.

The main objective of this role is to execute overall procurement processes like strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing & implementing procurement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Explore profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
  • Prepare block estimates for all projects.
  • Prepare BOQ's and get necessary approvals from all stakeholders.
  • Seek proposals as per BOQ's.
  • Compare proposals for price and specifications.
  • Techno-commercial negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.
  • Review contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assist in finalizing vendors.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
