Automated Testing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automated Testing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing automated testing strategies that enable seamless delivery across all delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation test strategies aligned to business or programme goals
  • Collaborate with teams to refine the scope of manual and automated testing required, creation of automated test scripts, user documentation, and artefacts
  • Develop and maintain a low-maintenance suite of stable, re-usable automated tests usable within the product or domain and across domains and systems in an end-to-end capacity
Requirements:
  • Experience of automated testing, particularly from an Agile development or CI/CD environment
  • Innovative thinking to identify opportunities and design solutions coupled with the ability to develop complex automation code
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies with experience working in an Agile team and ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature
  • Experience in end-to-end and automation testing using Selenium and Java
  • Background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks in new environments
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
