Automation Lead - RPA Developer

The Automation Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath. This role will focus on analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and managing the end-to-end development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Process Assessments: Conduct process assessments to identify automation potential and manage the complete automation lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of automation developers, establish best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for automation development, troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues during development and post-deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on automation and RPA, 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development, proven experience leading RPA projects and managing a team of developers.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in UiPath projects using ReFramework, Orchestrator Queue, knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, Java, experience with SQL databases, web services, REST, and system integrations.
