Financial Analysis Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Ledger team in ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month End and Year End Books Closing Process: Collaborate with the General Ledger team to ensure timely completion of month end and year end books closing process.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss on a monthly basis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Transfer Pricing: Review and ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing arrangements.
  • Intercompany Transactions: Ensure timely settlement of Intercompany transactions.
  • SOX Compliance: Review and approve SOX control checklists on a monthly basis.
  • Statutory Audits: Provide relevant details for filings with regulatory bodies and coordinate with statutory auditors.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously optimize internal processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles. You should be proficient in reviewing and analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
