We are seeking a talented and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the Loan Against Property department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the LAP business by sourcing high-quality cases through Direct Selling Agent channels, ensuring portfolio health, and building strong market relationships.
Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships with DSAs while adhering to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring and driving business volumes in a competitive market, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and liaising with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and disbursal.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and onboard high-potential DSAs, develop business plans, and implement strategies to achieve targets. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of secured lending and property-related documentation, as well as a high level of self-motivation and a go-getter attitude. You will thrive in a fast-paced, competitive landscape with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LAP/Home Loan/SME Lending in the Banking or NBFC sector as a full-time permanent employee.
