
Medical Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate medical services to meet service quality standards. Monitor clinical and other established indicators for ongoing quality assurance.
- Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Clinical Specialties, conducting regular Medical Audits.
- Ensure efficient patient care through proper Standard Operative Procedures for Admission, care & Discharge.
- Sustain and ensure the regular functioning of clinical/Nonclinical committees with Medical Superintendent input.
- Support Continuous Quality Improvement and participate in all quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with Nursing Superintendent to maintain high patient care standards.
- Ensure continuity of care by preparing and adhering to duty rosters for Medical Officers, Technicians, and paramedical staff.
- Participate in scheduled training programs like ACLS, BLS, CNEs, CMEs, conferences or in-house activities.
- Exercise effective interpersonal skills with department staff, associates, and Management.
- Maintain confidentiality according to agreement signed.
- Demonstrate active listening to promote effective communication.
- Develop thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures, demonstrating respect for them.
- Cordinate with Emergency team on medico-legal cases received at the hospital.
- Cordinate with Marketing team on organizing medical camps/CMEs within/ outside the hospital.
- Cordinate with HR team on recruiting staff/facilitating Induction.

- Knowledge of medical procedures and SOPs
