Job Title: Healthcare Professional

About the Job:

The position of Resident Doctor is a crucial role that involves providing medical services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality OPD services, emergency medical services, and perform minor medical procedures as needed.
  • Coordinate with referral hospitals and government hospitals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Procure regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment according to established protocols.
  • Regularly review medicine stock, medical equipment, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and provide training and education to the medical team.
  • Conduct first aid training sessions for security personnel, wardens, and students.
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation events.
  • Maintain adherence to SRM university policies and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
