Key Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization requires a senior-level professional to manage and maintain large-scale IT infrastructure services.

This individual will be responsible for designing high-availability solutions, ensuring fault tolerance and optimal performance in enterprise environments.

A consistent track record of standardizing technology services, automating deployment and creating strategic roadmaps is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop strategic guidance and demonstrate service design principles
  • Oversee service delivery and reporting for critical functions, ensuring alignment with SLAs
  • Assist with the modernization of multiple critical IT services
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for infrastructure services, defining service delivery plans and performance metrics in collaboration with business partners
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of systems administration and Dev Ops experience in large-scale IT environments
  • Expertise in design and management of Windows/Unix administration, Active Directory, DNS, virtualization and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Automation and scripting using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python and Power Shell
  • Designing and overseeing critically important services with a focus on security, performance and high availability
