Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preparation Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. They will also be required to wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, weigh and measure ingredients, and prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on quality and presentation. They will be able to work well under pressure, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
