Job Profile

We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Associate to support our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal part in tech recruitment while ensuring seamless core HR operations. If you are a problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Tech Hiring & Recruitment
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions based on technical requirements.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top tech talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations
  • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with high accuracy.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
