About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and drive corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives. As a Fundraiser Executive, you will focus on CSR partnerships and play a crucial role in driving the organization's mission forward.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, developing proposals, arranging meetings, and building long-term relationships with corporate partners. You will work closely with the content/strategy team to create impactful stories and data-driven communications.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting & Outreach
    • Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads.
    • Initiate outreach through cold calling, emails, and campaigns.
    • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.
  • Proposal Development
    • Support creating, customizing, and presenting CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned to key areas.
    • Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
  • Donor Engagement
    • Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Relationship Management
    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
    • Support donor recognition, acknowledgements, and branding deliverables.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences
    • Coordinate corporate visits to experience centers and donor engagement events.
    • Assist in organizing fundraising campaigns, workshops, and public-facing CSR events.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings), and report progress to leadership.
    • Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
  • Ability to create proposals, presentations, and impact reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication (English; Kannada/Hindi an added plus).
