About this Role:

OroSoft Solutions seeks an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct skills assessments and recommend training programs to address identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and vendors to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of training programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and evaluation.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the training process.
  • Monitor and report on training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, human resources, or business.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a software development firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
