Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for claims, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy claims-related systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring timely and effective delivery of IT solutions.
  • Maintain and improve the overall quality and performance of our claims platform.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in IT and claims.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices throughout the IT organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 10 years of experience in claims IT, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of claims systems, including insurance, claims, and policy management.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
