  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery.","
  • Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring effective resource utilization.","
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.","
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of different project components.","
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant education, training, and experience.","
    • 4- 6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.","
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.","
    • Experience working with agile software development teams.","
    • Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents.","
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration, and coordination.","
    • Proven success as a problem-solver possesses a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution.","
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.","
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.","
