AI Automation Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI automation developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows.

  • Design and develop Python-based automation services and back-end systems.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms.
  • Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles.
  • Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
