Job Title: Social Media Automation Specialist

Overview:

Pelton AI is a startup focused on developing AI-driven digital products that leverage large language models (LLMs) with scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy LLM-powered bots for auto-replies, content summarization, and viral thread generation.
  • Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Fine-tune or open-source LLMs for bot-specific tasks like persona mimicry and NSFW filtering.
  • Optimize cost and latency through model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based logic.
  • Implement stealth measures such as human-like delays, randomized phrasing, and proxy rotation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Core: Python (Tweepy, PRAW, AsyncIO, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or self-hosted (Llama.cpp, vLLM)
  • Infrastructure: AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, Redis (for rate-limiting)
  • Data: Vector DBs (Pinecone), PostgreSQL, Firebase
  • Bonus: Next.js/Streamlit for bot dashboards

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience building Python bots (X/Reddit API automation).
  • Proficiency in LLM integrations (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
  • Understanding of detection tactics (IP rotation, CAPTCHA solvers).
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who balances scalability and cost tradeoffs.
  • Preferred: Deployed bots at scale (10K+ reqs/day) or contributed to open-source LLM projects.
