Senior Engineering Leadership

We seek a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our team in Engineering Planning and Coordination.

About the Role
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee all engineering activities within a project.
  • Lead a team of engineers in detail design department, distributing tasks, controlling activities and monitoring team members' progress.
  • Set up engineering planning and monitoring of task execution.
  • Evaluate and ensure that engineering activities meet client requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct detailed engineering work, including drawings, overviews, and layouts, as per project specifications.
  2. Direct and manage a team of designers, ensuring effective collaboration, quality checking and coaching.
  3. In charge of 3D design and modifications of hull structure, superstructure, outfitting areas, and basic design areas, according to technical specifications, classification rules and client's requirements.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers, clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Maintain high-quality standards for completed work.
Requirements
  • Diploma graduate or Master's degree in Shipbuilding or Naval Architecture with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years.
  • Experience in detail and basic design projects in Shipbuilding and Offshore.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to perfection in work.
  • Continuous learning and development of technical and interpersonal knowledge to retain and create satisfied customers.
