**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Expert to lead our finance strategy, accounting, and compliance initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organization's goals.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
    • Managing Financial Operations: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring statutory compliances, and maintaining finance & accounting systems.
    • Driving Cost Optimization: Analyze business spends and identify areas for cost reduction, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Additional responsibilities include:
    • Leading Audits and Compliance: Oversee periodic closure of books, review of accounts, and ensure no adverse observations in audits.
    • Supporting Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and equity-related matters support.
    • Mentoring Finance Team Members: Lead and mentor a team of ~10 members, fostering collaboration and supporting professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification: Mandatory qualification for this role.
  • 15-20 Years Experience: Significant exposure to infrastructure/aviation or related regulated sectors required.
  • Strong Financial Knowledge: Proven experience in managing large-scale financial operations and audits, with a strong understanding of finance, commercial, and regulatory aspects.
