Job Title

Technology Support Engineer

The company we are working with is a global leader in technology and cybersecurity, specializing in identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

They support large-scale enterprise security transformations across multiple industries and are recognized for their innovative approach to integration, automation, and secure access governance.

Role Details:

  • Job Title: SSOGen / IdentityForge Support Engineer
  • Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
  • Role Type: Contract to Hire (3 to 6 months)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in IAM L2 Support with exposure to SSOGen or IdentityForge connectors
  • Ability to read and analyze connector logs, XML/JSON-based data, and error responses
  • Provide L2 support for SSOGen and IdentityForge connectors, including incident management and service requests
  • Work closely with L1 teams to ensure efficient ticket triage and escalation
  • Perform log analysis, error tracing, and connector health checks to resolve integration issues
  • Coordinate with IAM and application teams for integration testing and connectivity support
  • Implement minor configuration changes and validations in coordination with L3 teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in IAM integration and support processes
