Job Overview

The role of the Privileged Access Support Analyst is a critical part of our organization's identity and access management strategy. This position requires a strong understanding of Active Directory, SQL, PowerShell Script, Service Now, and CyberArk ITPA application.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer user accounts and access privileges in our identity management system.
  • Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure that employees have the necessary access to company resources.
  • Manage day-to-day tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
  • Create and manage IDs and Groups in AD.
  • Grant and revoke access to Privileged/Service IDs/Groups in AD.
  • Encrypt and decrypt SMIME certificates.
  • Decrypt systems using DRA process.
  • Manage Bitlocker process.

This role involves working closely with internal customers, application analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements. You will also participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
